๐Ÿ“œ Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Holder.app, including the storage, sending, and exchange of stablecoins, as well as the issuance and use of cryptocurrency cards.

๐Ÿงพ 1. Custodial Storage

All wallets in Holder.app are custodial. This means that private keys are stored on the service side, not on the user's device.

We ensure secure storage and control access to funds within the service, but recommend using only amounts that match your level of trust.

๐Ÿ’ธ 2. Stablecoin Transfers and Fees

Stablecoin transfers (USDT, USDC, DAI, TUSD) are processed via Tron, BSC, Polygon, and Ethereum networks.

Holder.app covers network fees (gas) on behalf of the user. However, the service charges a fixed transaction fee as listed on the fees page.

๐Ÿ”„ 3. Cryptocurrency Exchange

Cryptocurrency exchanges are performed via third-party providers. Holder.app is not an exchange platform and does not guarantee rates.

All operations are conducted through API integrations with external services, and execution time may vary depending on provider performance.

๐Ÿ’ณ 4. Cards

Cards are provided by third-party payment providers. Holder.app acts as an interface for issuing, funding, and managing these cards.

Usage terms and technical limitations (including limits and compatibility with Apple Pay / Google Pay) may vary depending on the card type and user's jurisdiction.

โš ๏ธ 5. Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for choosing to use the service and for all actions taken in their account.

Holder.app is not liable for any losses caused by third-party providers (exchange or card issuers), technical issues, or restrictions from payment systems.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice.
